How do I get my browser to show a PDF?

If you click on a PDF resource and nothing appears in the Resource Window, or if you see a message, saying "Click here to download plugin," it means your browser is having trouble loading PDF documents.

Fixing this is easy.

If you have a PC, you just need to install a program called Acrobat Reader from the Adobe web site. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Adobe web site (http://www.adobe.com)

  2. On the right side of the page, click the button that says, "Get Adobe Reader."

  3. Select the correct download for your operating system.

  4. Follow the installation instructions.

  5. Close the browser window showing the Adobe web site.

  6. Refresh your PLANET MassCONECT Resource Page.

The PDF should now load in the Resource Window. If it doesn't, just close your browser and restart it.
